PERSONAL TRAINING
The personal trainers at the Clif are independent contractors that form a team. Our core trainers have been training at the same gym for a combined 20 years. Each of our trainers are highly qualified individuals that can help you reach your fitness goals with individualized programming. Personal training is not included in your gym membership. Any and all transactions are between members and member trainers who train at the Clif.

Bonnie Clifton
Staying home for the past 23 years and raising my 3 children has been a dream job. But, they are all grown now and I am fortunate enough to be able to pursue my long time dream of opening a fitness facility. I started working out with a personal trainer 20 years ago to get into shape and lose the baby fat and have never looked back.
Health and fitness are my passion and I am very excited about the opportunity to bring a unique gym that has been two years in the making to the OKC community. Our goal is to appeal to fitness minded people of every level and to offer an upscale gym with competitive pricing.
I am lucky to have surrounded myself with my team of core trainers who have been very committed and instrumental in helping me to achieve my goal and bring The Clif Fitness to reality.

Nick Dobson
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with my degree in health and exercise science. Since graduation, I have worked with a diverse group of individuals from varying backgrounds, ranging from 16 year old athletes to elderly clients with special needs. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), pursuing that certification with distinction, NPC Oklahoma judge, and a former national level bodybuilding competitor.

Joshua McNutt
Josh has been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years working with a wide range of clientele, from weight loss to muscle gain, from youths to rehabilitation. He is a nationally certified personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association and an APEX nutrition specialist. Josh attended Oklahoma State University studying Health Promotions and Exercise Science.

Ben Warren
Benjamin J. Warren has more than 15 years of experience in multiple forms of personal training and functional fitness. He began his career in health and wellness at a corporate fitness as a full-time trainer for Chesapeake Energy. He later became the personal training coordinator, as well as a beloved group exercise instructor at Chesapeake's state of the art facility. Benjamin also has held the role of General Manager for a boutique fitness facility in OKC, and has continued to privately train many of his initial clients he met at Chesapeake over a decade ago. Benjamin is well-versed in multiple movement patterns and loves seeing his clients reach their health and wellness goals.
Benjamin holds certifications as a U.S.A. Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach, NFPA Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist, and Titlist Performance Institute Fitness Instructor focused on improving strength for golfers.
Additionally, Benjamin was born and raised in Claremore, Oklahoma where he was a two-sport athlete. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and later a second degree in behavioral studies from Nazarene Bible College. Benjamin believes that everyone has the potential to improve their health and wellness through consistent hard work and functional movement patterns for any age or fitness level.

Macy Zaloudek
Macy received a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion from Oklahoma State University. She fell in love with fitness in 2014 and decided to turn her passion into a career. She wants to share and work with others who have the aspiration to become better and stronger versions of themselves.
Macy specializes in small group training, individual training, weight loss, and all fitness levels.

Laura Gerardi
The first half of my professional career was spent as a medical sales representative in Southern California. My move to Oklahoma offered me the opportunity to pursue my true passions, health and fitness.
In working as a personal trainer for the past 17 years, I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I believe in a tailored approach to exercise programming focusing on each individual’s needs and goals.

Ector Becerra
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy Sports Medicine). I was the Head Trainer at Gaillardia for the last 18 years. I am the owner and director of Dynamite Volleyball Club. I have been in training for a total of 20 years. During that time, I trained the Oklahoma City University Volleyball Team for 3 years. My passion for fitness began through my love of sports and my time spent as an athlete. I specialize in corrective exercise. I have a background in health, nutrition, group training, functional movement, and athletic performance training. My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming for athletes as well as helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, no matter their age. If you are struggling to get back in shape after surgery, I can assist in your rehab to help you come back stronger. I strive to provide clients with a positive and satisfying experience that inspires reassurance in their personal ability to fulfill their health goals.
